Orchestra song ideas?

If you are aiming to be an 'educator' of any sort, you should not be calling orchestral pieces 'songs'! Songs are short pieces with instrumental sung by singers which (usually) have words. You should be using (and teaching!) words like 'piece', 'work' and 'composition', otherwise you will be helping to perpetuate a very annoying abuse of the English language and terminolgy of music.
