Question about the birth certificate, and how to finally resolve it?

It's actually been resolved, although not in the way you may think. At this point a court decision proving any birth certificate is real or fake is absolutely meaningless. And it became so when Obama was sworn in as president. At that moment Congress, and ONLY Congress, can remove him from office. For anything. He could be shooting people with a machine gun on Pennsylvania Ave. and if Congress doesn't impeach him then he's still the president. A court might find that his birth certificate was fake. Or whatever. But that only means he would not be certified for future campaigns, it would NOT remove him from office. Only Congress can do that (yes, I'm repeating myself). It's in the Constitution. You cannot void a presidential election after he's taken office. If the democrats didn't vote to impeach it wouldn't matter where he was born. Not after he was sworn in. The issue has been resolved,
