Internet Usage Monitor Software?

I'm looking for a simple freeware or shareware application to monitor and record internet usage (just bandwidth, not content) on three stand alone PCs connected to a wireless network. Ideally something to install on each individual PC. Basically we are always arguing about who used up our monthly bandwidth allowance so we agreed to try and monitor it and find out who the bandwidth hog is. Thanks.
