Yes, its totally possible you could be pregnant even with negative tests... Sometimes your body doesn't produce enough of the hCG hormone early in pregnancy to show positive on an HPT.... I suggest blood work, that can settle your mind because it can pick up the smallest amount of hCG in your body.. good luck:)
