Do Shops in Peru,Colombia,Uruguay,Paraguay and Ecuado accept USD,can i pay them in USD?

The National Currency of Ecuador is the U.S. Dollar. In other countries, U.S. Dollars are usually not accepted in shops, unless you are in a touristy area.
