When you were in college, or if you are in college, did/do you live in a dorm or off campus?

I've done both. I lived in dorms for two years, and having been living in apartments for the last year. Dorms really aren't bad, and they're pretty darn convenient. Also, most schools require you to live on campus during your first year. If you have a doented medical condition, you can probably get a single room. Look into that EARLY, and make sure you have all of your bases covered if you're thinking of getting a single room. Remember you're going to have to pay one way or another. Dorms make sure that your rent, utilities, and food are all covered up front. It takes a lot of pressure off, which might be nice for your first year. It might not be the most cost effective, but it's pretty handy.
