Make or Break: Do you think The Healthcare Reform Bill will p by the end of this year & if with public opt.?

I am a Democrat-leaning voter, and I support President Obama on most issues. President Obama is giving a "closing argument" speech on healthcare today. On this issue, I do think that many things need to be done (changed) to our healthcare system to make it more affordable to insured patients and slow down the cost increases. However, I am against the public option, as we cannot afford it and it may undermine healthcare quality. From what you have heard on the news AND-AND-AND what you have researched on the issue (NOT by speculation and misleading information from the GOP/conservatives) such as congressional website and consumers watchdog websites, do you think President Obama will be able to make the case tonight?
