Home Security Alarm... Whats the Best Company?

My dad has been looking into STONE alarm cuz they came to do a free installation offer... but they have a rating of C- in the Best Business Bureau... Any suggestions? good, bad, or should we go with ADT, BRINKS or someone else? thanks
