I need a new book to read?

I am into fiction and I like the suspense, mystery. Some of my favorites are The Kite Runner, Endless Night, Life of Pi, or anything that has to do with something gory or a story of survival. I am about to start reading The Historian, but after that I have nothing else. Any suggestions for good reading??? Thanx.
