Hypnotism question?

I had a friend who was hypnotized a party a few days ago. Needless to say she was incredible on stage (the hypnotist had her do a lot of dancing among other things; she also was sent to the audience a couple of times, first to sit in her boyfriend's lap and say "sock it to me baby" and later to sit down in the audience, only to stand up and say on command "Kiss me, I've had all my shots!!!"). Anyway, she says she can't remember anything from when the hypnotist "cast his spell" on her to when he brought her out of it (he erased her memory although he did give her one final command to be performed after she was awakened; she faced the hypnotist, he snapped and she said her knees felt like they turned to water and she collapsed on the ground). She felt rather groggy for the rest of the night (though she was better in the morning). Is this normal? Someone told me that that meant she was still technically hypnotized.
